What we collect
This site has no contact forms. The only information you actively give us is what you say in a voice conversation with our concierge — typically your name, how to reach you, and what you are trying to do in Otay Ranch. We use it to respond to you and to represent you if you choose to work with us.
Voice conversations
The live voice concierge is provided by BizRnR. Conversations may be processed and retained by BizRnR in order to deliver the service and pass your enquiry to the broker. Do not share financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or passwords in a voice conversation; we will never ask for them.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting web analytics to understand which pages are useful, with IP anonymisation enabled. Analytics scripts load only after the page is interactive. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising cookies. Analytics and the voice widget may set functional storage entries needed to operate.
Your choices
